Interview

Bevor sie 13 wurde, hat Lea diese und andere Animationen komplett selbst erstellt. Mithilfe von kostenlosen Programmen und Online-Tutorials, sie lernte 2D-Animation und 3D-Modellierung. Lea hat ein natürliches Talent und ihre Geschichten sind originell und mysteriös. Ich habe ihr ein paar Fragen gestellt.

Was sind Furries?

Furries sind menschenähnliche Tierwesen. Leute, die sich als Furry bezeichnen, sind Fans von anthropomorphen Darstellungen von Tieren, Kunst und Film. Viele erstellen ihre sogenannte “fursona” dies soll dich darstellen. Kurz gesagt ist es eine fiktive Figur von dir selbst. Es gibt einige gute Seiten, um sich zu informieren.

Wie hast du die Welt der Furries entdeckt?

Im Internet habe ich Videos zu den Furries gesehen. Nach einigen Videos war ich interessiert daran zu wissen, was Furries sind und habe mehr über sie im Internet gelesen. Einige Zeit später habe ich auch meine erste Fursona erstellt.

Was ist dein Lieblingstier?

Meine Lieblingstiere sind Raubkatzen.

Was findest du spannend an der 3D-Modellierung?

Vieles. Ich finde es toll das man mal auf andere Art und Weise Kunst ausdrücken kann. Mit 3D Objekten kann man vieles machen: sie animieren, formen verändern, verschiedene Beleuchtung testen, man kann es auch mehr 2D aussehen lassen oder ziemlich realistisch. Es gibt vieles das mann ausprobieren kann.

Was magst du an 2D-Animation?

Ich mag es Geschichten erzählen zu können und sich einfach auf seine eigene Art sich äußern zu können. Animationen variieren sich sehr, was die Möglichkeiten fast unendlich machen. Es freut mich auch nach harter Arbeit dann das Ergebnis zu sehen.

Filmmaker Martina Moor and animator Giulia Palombino were commissioned by Fondazione Magica Cleme Onlus to create a playful short film with a group of children who are currently undergoing cancer treatment. The children are both protagonists and co-authors of the film.

Drawing inspiration from the image of a chameleon, Martina Moor and Giulia Palombino developed a series of workshops, which included dance, animation, creative writing and painting. They focused on the idea of colour as a means of expression. Whilst engaging with artistic techniques, the children contributed to the making of a fun and colourful short film based on improvisation.
